These partners may collect and process device identifiers (including the Advertising ID), IP address, and information about your interaction with ads in order to deliver and measure advertising and to limit ad fraud. We do not sell your personal information for money. Data is shared only:

Note for California residents: some data sharing with advertising partners may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA/CPRA. See Section 9 for how to opt out.

8. International data transfers

Our service providers operate globally, and your data (such as device identifiers and IP address) may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States, which may have different data-protection laws. Where such transfers occur from the EEA/UK, they are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, as implemented by the relevant provider.

9. Your privacy rights

You have the right to: access your data; request correction or erasure; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

9.2 California (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. To opt out, disable ad personalization on your device (Section 6) or contact us.

9.3 Other regions

Users in other jurisdictions (e.g., Brazil’s LGPD, Canada’s PIPEDA) may have similar rights. Contact us to exercise any applicable right.

To exercise any right, e-mail digregorio.ivan@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request. Because the App uses no account, some requests can only be actioned through the device-level controls described above.

10. Managing consent and opting out

11. Data retention

We do not maintain our own user database. Locally stored data (scores, settings) remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the App. Data collected by advertising and service providers is retained according to their own policies (see Section 5).

12. Security

Network communications with our configuration and advertising providers use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we and our providers take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data.

13. Children’s privacy

HONICIAN is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data or been served personalized advertising, please contact us at digregorio.ivan@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps, including deleting such data and restricting processing.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we add features such as online leaderboards or in-app purchases. The “Last updated” date at the top will change accordingly. Material changes will be made available at this URL and, where appropriate, within the App. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
